We’re pretty lucky to live in AZ. The weather is generally dry and hot! but in the event we get hit with weird weather, Suds&Go will continue services in covered areas such as garages, parking decks, car ports, etc. If no covered areas are available, we will assess the current climate, and if necessary, we will work with you to find a more convenient time to schedule your service.

Yes! The water in AZ is HARD and if left untreated can damage your cars paint quickly. We partnered with a water expert to help us build our own spotless water system. From filling buckets to filling up our steamer and of course washing your car, everything we do is centered around spotless water for the best results.

We love really dirty cars but please realize they take extra work and extra time. If your car is extra dirty, please let us know at the time of booking. We charge an extra $100 fee for extra dirty vehicles. If you tell us your car is “not that dirty” and we show up and find your car really is that dirty, we will let you know to expect this before we begin the service

We do not warranty engine clean upgrades. This service uses high-pressure water, steam, and degreasing chemicals that can uncover pre-existing electrical issues. If you suspect engine trouble, please do not book this service. We occasionally offer headliner cleaning on a case-by-case basis and do not warranty that service due to the potential for damage. We also don’t warrantee the goosebumps you will probably get from our services because they have been known to last a very long time.

For us to provide you with the best possible service for your vehicle we ask that you leave us ample room to work. If you have another car parked next to the vehicle with the planned service, we will ask that you move it prior to your service. Our technicians are very careful, but we want to avoid any possibility of overspray and we certainly don’t want to bump into something on accident.

Yes, we absolutely do. Hair and sand can be very difficult to remove even with specialized tools. We will do everything we can to remove it. We cannot guarantee however that all of it will be removed. Please do not book with our services if you are expecting 100% removal. An extra dirty fee of $100 will apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, mud or sand.
